24 Hour Cancellation Policy
24 hour advanced notice is required when canceling or re-scheduling an appointment. This allows someone else a chance to schedule an appointment and allows me to stay in business. If you are unable to provide 24 hours advanced notice or don't show up to your appointment, you will be charged the full amount of your appointment.
No Shows
Anyone who either forgets or consciously chooses to forgo their appointment for whatever reason will be considered a “no-show”. They will be charged for their “missed” appointment, and future service will be denied until payment is made.
Late Arrivals
If you arrive late, your session may be shortened in order to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours. Out of respect and consideration to the practitioner and other customers, please plan accordingly and be on time.
Dress
Bring or wear comfortable gym clothes. Yoga pants or shorts are preferred. A restroom is available for your convenience.
